Join Battle of Bosworth at the beginning of our Grenache story. We grafted approximately 1 ½ acres of Shiraz over to Grenache in 2022 using canes from our friends at Yangarra Estate Vineyard. The next few years will see us make a new wine using grapes from this little block of vines behind the winery. We invite you to come along for the ride, at the very start of the project.
Meeting at our Willunga cellar door, Joch will take you for a walk to see the Winery Block Grenache, followed by a tasting of a couple of our favourite Grenache from McLaren Vale – wine styles that we aspire to make, one day. Joch will also taste through some new release, and a few older, Battle of Bosworth wines.
Followed by gourmet pulled pork sliders with Asian slaw.
