Thanks so much for your support over these past few weeks and months, we do look forward to seeing you at cellar door again soon. Cheers Jane and the team from cellar door.
After months, if not years of years of dragging our feet and dithering, Battle of Bosworth and Spring Seed Wines opened the doors quietly for tastings and sales on Friday the 12th August 2011.
Our cellar door is an old (1850s) converted chaff shed and stables which has elevated views over our vines looking north to McLaren Vale and west to the Gulf St Vincent. We are OPEN DAILY from 11-5pm.
Come and visit us!
Joch can sometimes be found in cellar (though not during harvest) but can get nervous if too many people pile in at once, and Louise works a couple of Sundays a month. We also have Jane Arnold (who also moonlights as the cheese maker at Second Valley Cheese) , the inimitable Rebecca Blythman and we have lured Erin Stacey, wine industry and hospitality stalwart to help us here and at Springs Road on KI.
Where: 92 Gaffney Road, Willunga South Australia
When: Every day from 11-5pm
Closed: Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
GROUPS: We don’t accept groups: Sadly as our cellar door is so small, we can’t accept any groups – they take up too much space!
