Deep, rich colour, with slight purple tinges. Lush, ripe, meaty and toasty oak aromas, well entwined, and the sweet ripe fruit is the main event, oak is subsidiary. Cherry pips. Fleshy, super-ripe and fruit sweet with good tannin structure. Very good wine.
